TT medic wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

As the year comes to a close, we proudly reflect on an eventful 2025 full of growth, collaboration, and future-focused investments: The TT medic Group has evolved – in its structure, its capabilities, and its technical infrastructure.

New strong personalities have joined our group:

Roland Martin (CEO Gebr. Renggli AG), Sebastian Stoll (Board Member j. söllner AG), Florian Binder (CFO TT medic Group) and Christoph Klaus (HoBD TT medic Group), each bring entrepreneurial vision and forward-thinking leadership in their leading positions within TT medic Group. Their impulses are helping to shape and drive our strategic direction.

Welcome to the group, Michael Lundbech A/S (Denmark):

We are proud to welcome a highly specialized partner in precision tooling and injection molding. With their deep expertise in the development of complex tools and the production of high-precision components – especially in early-stage product development through their DFM process – they are a perfect addition to our value chain.

Together at COMPAMED – Düsseldorf / Deutschland 2025:

A strong team, a holistic booth concept, and countless inspiring conversations – our trade fair appearance was a great success. Once again, it became clear: TT medic stands for reliable engineering and manufacturing solutions.

Investments in modern infrastructure:

j. söllner AG is expanding its facilities for R&D and quality management – and a new building will soon also house its own sterilization unit. GOLLER Systems has completely rebuilt one of its cleanrooms – a major milestone in preparing for future projects with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

We thank our customers, partners, and the entire team for their trust and collaboration throughout 2025. We look forward to a strong and successful 2026 – together!

Thank you for visiting us at COMPAMED 2025

We look back on four inspiring days filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and exciting insights into current MedTech challenges. Our team truly appreciated the exchange with you, which once again highlighted the value of strong partnerships.

As TT medic Group, we unite the entire value chain for medical plastic components and products under one roof – from design and engineering, tooling and injection moulding to refinement, assembly, sterilization, logistics, and regulatory support. This enables us to realize projects seamlessly, efficiently, and at scale.

If you would like to explore a topic further or discuss a potential project, we welcome you to reach out to us directly at any time.

Thank you for your visit – we look forward to seeing you again soon!

TT medic Group at COMPAMED 2025 – Visit us at Booth 8BG03

From 17–20 November 2025, the TT medic Group will be at COMPAMED in Düsseldorf. Together with our subsidiaries Gebr. Renggli AG, Hubertus Goller GmbH, j. söllner AG, and Michael Lundbech A/S, we will showcase at booth 8BG03 how we cover the entire process of medical device development – from the initial idea to the market-ready product – as a true One-Stop Shop in Medical Device Development.

Our expertise along the value chain:

  • Concept & Engineering – design, simulation, and transfer for complex systems

  • Tooling & Prototyping – intelligent toolmaking, mould base technology, and near-series validations

  • Injection Moulding & Surface Finishing – processing of high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PPSU, or PSU under cleanroom conditions

  • Assembly & Fill & Finish – cleanroom assembly (ISO 7/8), filling, and packaging

  • Quality Management & Market Authorization – regulatory expertise, risk management, and CE responsibility

TT medic – the One-Stop Shop in Medical Device Development. Here’s how our companies contribute:

  • Michael Lundbech A/S: Tooling and prototyping expert, part of the TT medic Group since September 2025, presenting innovative tooling, design, and prototyping technologies.

  • Hubertus Goller GmbH showcases Fill & Finish, assembly, and packaging according to the strictest standards, as well as expertise in micro injection moulding.

  • Gebrüder Renggli AG presents solutions for demanding surfaces, multi-component products, and high-performance polymers using micro injection moulding and highly automated processes.

  • j. söllner AG offers highest precision in cleanroom environments. Learn more about patented in-house products (double check valve 83 bar), customized components and check valves (MDR), sterile tubing systems up to Class IIa, as well as packaging solutions.

Why visit us? One partner, many capabilities, highest quality, faster development cycles and reliable series production. We are your trusted partner in bringing medical technology products from the initial idea to full-scale series production.

From Medical Vision to Functional Prototype

Powered by 360° Technology, AI Integration, and a Clear Mission: Detecting Colorectal Cancer Earlier

Born from Practice – Built for Practice

Dr. R. Kefurt knows the challenges of modern endoscopy firsthand: after 14 years at Vienna General Hospital (AKH), he shifted focus to developing innovative MedTech solutions with his own company. One of them: IntuEye – a modular adapter that upgrades existing endoscopes with 360° vision, intelligent image analysis, and improved sustainability.

Technology that Enhances – Not Replaces

IntuEye attaches to standard endoscopes and uses eight nano-cameras and separate LEDs to deliver a complete 360° view – supported by AI that automatically flags suspicious tissue structures. The reusable adapters integrate seamlessly into existing device infrastructures, actively contributing to sustainability in medical diagnostics.

From Concept to Prototype – With Goller Systems as Implementation Partner

Goller Systems handled the technical realization of the housing components: from injection-molding-compatible design and prototyping to integrating bonding and welding processes in miniature scale. A fully functional prototype was created through an intensive development process featuring:

  • Four precision micro-injection-molded components,
  • Ultrasonic welding of selected parts,
  • Support for LED and camera bonding in close coordination with the client.

A key success factor: considering manufacturability from the very beginning. Early investment in an injection-molded prototype tool proved to be a game changer.

Next Steps: From Vision to Certified Medical Device

IntuEye is set to be classified as a Class IIb medical device under the MDR – including preclinical studies and full documentation. Market approval is targeted for 2027. Goller Systems continues to support the technical development – with a strong focus on manufacturability, scalability, and documentation.

This project illustrates what truly matters to Goller Systems: co-developing solutions with the customer in mind. The synergy between clinical expertise and technological vision is what makes the difference. Because those who think ahead together can drive real innovation in MedTech.
