A strong team, a holistic booth concept, and countless inspiring conversations – our trade fair appearance was a great success. Once again, it became clear: TT medic stands for reliable engineering and manufacturing solutions.

Investments in modern infrastructure:

j. söllner AG is expanding its facilities for R&D and quality management – and a new building will soon also house its own sterilization unit. GOLLER Systems has completely rebuilt one of its cleanrooms – a major milestone in preparing for future projects with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

We thank our customers, partners, and the entire team for their trust and collaboration throughout 2025. We look forward to a strong and successful 2026 – together!

TT medic Group welcomes tooling specialist Michael Lundbech A/S into the corporate group

Klosterneuburg, September 4, 2025 – The TT medic Group is expanding its European network and welcomes Danish company Michael Lundbech A/S, headquartered in Ringsted, as a new member of the group.

Founded in 1999, the company specializes in intelligent tooling, prototype tooling, and injection moulding for the medical technology industry. With more than 25 years of experience, state-of-the-art production facilities, and outstanding design and tooling expertise, Michael Lundbech A/S provides end-to-end solutions – from consulting and prototype development to validated series production.

“With Michael Lundbech A/S, we are gaining a partner that significantly strengthens our profile in design, tooling, advanced prototyping, and medical plastic production,” says Kurt Helletzgruber, CEO of the TT medic Group. “Especially in the area of prototype tooling and ramp up, we will be able to accelerate the design and development phases of medical devices considerably. For our customers, this means faster product development, shorter validation times, and a much quicker time-to-market – all with the highest quality and validation reliability.”

Added value for the TT medic Group

With the addition of Michael Lundbech A/S, the group’s service portfolio is significantly expanded:

  • Design for Manufacturing & Prototyping: Support in design optimization for production and near-series validations.
  • Tooling expertise and prototype tooling: The mould base technology developed by Michael Lundbech A/S enables much faster and more cost-efficient toolmaking. CMO customers benefit from competitive advantages through shorter time-to-market and significant cost savings compared to conventional toolmaking techniques.
  • Flexible injection moulding: From micro components to millions of parts – including 2K and fully automated processes.

With Michael Lundbech A/S, the TT medic Group strengthens its value chain with the crucial element of tooling expertise, particularly in prototype tooling. Customers benefit from short decision-making paths and a fully integrated process chain – from product development and toolmaking to the assembly of finished products under cleanroom conditions, all from a single source.

“We are very pleased to become part of the TT medic Group,” says Michael Lundbech, CEO of Michael Lundbech A/S. “Being integrated into this strong network opens new opportunities for us and offers our customers even more comprehensive solutions – from the initial idea to validated series production in ISO 7 environments.”

Michael Lundbech A/S thus fits seamlessly into the TT medic Group’s strategy: engineering excellence, regulatory expertise, and an integrated value chain. Together with the existing companies – j. söllner AG (Deggendorf, DE), Hubertus Goller GmbH (Klosterneuburg, AT), and Gebrüder Renggli AG (Schaffhausen, CH) – the group now covers an even broader spectrum of plastics processing for medical technology: from micro injection moulding and high-performance polymers to validated series production of medical devices.

The TT medic Group continuously explores opportunities to further enhance its portfolio – with the clear goal of supporting customers even more comprehensively and efficiently along the entire value chain.
